- form the mixture into patties, and cook on the grill like normal hamburgers
- while the burger patties are grilling, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until soft
- grate the cheese
- once the burgers are done, put them on the bread, add the fresh grated cheese and sautéed mushrooms, and any other condiments to taste

my favourite part is whacking the ingredients with the mallet. This is my stress-relief food to cook!

You know, Stella, if you keep putting these recipes up here, when the next Rottfest is held, everyone is going to expect you to cook some of this stuff for them. I'm not saying that's a bad thing now . . .

I'd be more than happy to cook for them. I'd probably need some help just because I usually don't cook for more than 4 or 5 people, but whatever they'd want among things I can make, I would.

These sound pretty tasty! I make some burgers something like these but I take 2 thin patties and put the mushrooms, a little red/green/hot pepper, cheese and whatever else like bacon in the middle and pinch the edges. Grill 'em up and pig out!
I calls 'em "soul burgers".
